SUZANNE L. LATIMER, ESQ.
Suzanne began her career as a Registered Nurse, obtaining her degree and certification as a Registered Physician Assistant in 1979. Her work in the health care field included positions as Director of Employee Health Service and Interim Director of Nursing for Bellevue Women's Hospital, followed by 11 years of practice as an OB/GYN Physician Assistant with several medical facilities in the Capital Region.

Suzanne's desire to practice law was satisfied in 1992 when she graduated cum laude from Albany Law School and was admitted to practice in both New York and Massachusetts.

Suzanne is now the Managing Partner at Latimer Stroud & Stiglmeier, LLP after 12 years of solo practice specializing in Family and Matrimonial Law. She currently serves on the Law Guardian Panel for Saratoga and Schenectady Counties as well. Suzanne's professional affiliations include memberships in The Albany County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and their Family Law Committee, the Capital District Women's Bar Association, the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

NANCY E. STROUD, ESQ.
Nancy graduated with honors from the SUNY/Buffalo School of Law in May 1995 after having received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from UAlbany.

While working as an Associate Attorney at Tocci, Parker & Tocci in Albany, Nancy's caseload included representation of Teamsters Local 669 on all matters, along with extensive work in domestic relations law, civil litigation, bankruptcy, criminal and traffic matters.

Nancy is now Partner at Latimer Stroud & Stiglmeier, LLP in general practice, including the continued representation of IBT Local 669. Her caseload in the firm now includes experience in real estate law, wills and estate-related matters and continued work in criminal and traffic law.
